hp dl 360 g4p server is not powering on

we have hp dl 360 g4p server.when power cable is connected to power supply,power led do not glow.but fan rotates and it shows power to motherboard too but no display comes.Also pressing power button do not make it on.power button is also amber color.what to do to power it on.We have tried to change its power supply.it did not work.

the first LED you mean is the Power supply's led?


could be an AC peak load issue. (sorry if the english transl. is wrong: i'm italian man)


try to connect the server to a FREE OF LOAD power line.


if same happens replace the PS.
