I want to upgrade the RAM of my hp dl360p gen8 cto server ,what the maximum ram capacity can i reach ???

There are several Max options depending on memory speed and type

DDR3 Registered (RDIMM), Load Reduced (LRDIMM) or Unbuffered (UDIMM)  memory
DIMM Slots Available 24  (12 DIMM slots per processor /4 channels per processor/3 DIMMs per channel)
Maximum Capacity (LRDIMM)  768GB (24 x 32GB@1066MHz)
Maximum Capacity (RDIMM)  384GB (24 x 16GB@1333MHz)
Maximum Capacity (UDIMM)  128GB (16 x 8GB@1333MHz)
Maximum Capacity (HDIMM)  384GB (24 x 16GB@1333MHz)

@zuhair-it Zuhair, I have a similar question. My server is DL360 GEN 8. Currently has 4 GB or UDIMM RAM. When I look at the documentation, I see if I continue to use UDIMM, I can go up to 384GB total  memory. It says 16 X 8GB. If I have 24 slots, 12 per CPU, how do I install the DIMM's into the slots? I only see 3 white slots to plug the DIMM's in. How do I know which slot to plug into the extra RAM?
