hp ml350 g3 server smartstart cd 8.25

ok i have a ml350 g3 i am ttrying to install windows server 2008 but when i try to use the smartstart 8.25 or when i try to use the firmware 8.0 cd it sats no fat32 volumes along with no usb driver i cant find the usb driver on the support and download page someone please help me.
