hp proliant DL360 G2 BIOS upgrade
hi,
I just want to flash the DL360 G2 BIOS,
and I downloaded the version is for DL360 G4.
is that possible make the server crash?
because i would like to install MS s. W2k3 R2.

As the G2 and G4 are different hardware platforms, yes, you would probably make the server crash if you were somehow able to install the BIOS. You shouldn't be able to though, as I'm pretty sure HP's BIOS update software will check to see if it's compatible with the system you are trying to install it on first.
Why do you need to update the system ROM like that to install Server 2003 R2? HP's support page for the DL360 G2 list Server 2003 as a supported OS:
