hp proliant dl360 freezing

hp proliant dl360 g5 freezes at HP Proliant screen as soon as it comes on.  no options for setup.  freezes on start.  Help!

Any info from ILO2 IML logg or error message in POST?

Any errors on the slide-out insight display?

Any other error leds? Perhaps on the system board?

Try to get the server to minimal config.
