hp proliant ml310e gen8 server RAID
Hi
I have hp proliant ml310e gen8 server with windows 8 and 1TB Hard disk ..
My Q is can add new 1 TB Hdd and config raid 1 later
Any data loss ?
Is that risk?

Hi,
Firstly Windows 8 is not supported on ProLiant server.
When using the server with supported OS, Array Controller, ACU then you can add another HDD to configure Raid 1 later.
In any case do take a valid data backup before doing such an activity.
