hp-snmp-agents
Hi,
We have HP Proliant DL380 G7 server running on Redhat Linux(64bit) ,I have installed hp-health and hp-snmp-agent rpms for RHEL but could not get how to get it tested(service hp- status shows it is running fine).
We have our own EMS system and I have configured trapdestination in snmpd.conf to our EMS server IP,earlier for SUN systems we have used ipmitool to generate test traps but that doesn't seems be working with hp-snmp-agent.So I was looking for a way to simulate hardware traps from HP box.
Apart from this I would also need MIB files ,with the rpm I could only see the compiled MIB file formats.
Thanks in advance
Jabir
