Re: hpasm for windows
(see check_hpasm.pl file in the plugins directory).
We plan to use something similar for the windows servers running on the proliant's.
What we can do is using snmp for checking instead, but we would like the cli more.

Re: hpasm for windows
I'm not aware of Nagios analogues for windows.
The only CLI method I can think of is the use of Windows management instrumentation command line(WMIC).
You will need to install the WBEM Providers to get acces to ProLiant specific information, beside the standard :
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=0&prodSeriesId=1121516&prodNameId=3288134&sw
EnvOID=1005&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-7a41e219f422484382008abb3a
The different parameters, which health you want to check are described here:
Here 2 documents where you can find very useful info regarding WMI data colection:

df
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c01448030/c01448030.pdf
from the 1st doc - the user guide , check page 32 , there are some scripting examples.
Not sure if this will help you, but no other thing I know about...
