hpasmcli "show dimm" issue

Hi, we have a server which has recently had a lot of hardware replaced including mainboard (twice), RAM, 1 processor, etc - TNA. Now we can run the HP Insight Diagnostics OK but when we use "show dimm" under hpasmcli we still get one showing as "OK" and three of them showing as "Unknown - 0x0" - though this can change to OK occasionally.

Is this anything to worry about? Are the "Show Dimm" results reliable?
