I am getting error messages while trying to update firmwares via iLO Amplifier Pack.
I have tried two different servers with the same results.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Error:
Install Failed: Error Message: Firmware/Driver/Software deployment could not be completed due to one or more of the following reasons: (1) Unable to run SUM (2) Deployment of one or more smart component update could not be completed (3) Report does not have the data for completing the deploy operation (4) Another SUM instance was running (5) Insufficient disk space to run SUM. Resolution: Check if the ports used for SUM are occupied. Configure SUM to run using different ports if the ports are occupied. Clear %localappdata%\sut\sum and %systemdrive%\Windows\Temp\sut\sum (Windows) and /var/tmp/sut/sum (Linux) directories. Ensure that SUM (sum_service_x64) is not running Retry the operation. If the problem persists, contact your authorized support representative and provide them with support logs.

Re: iLO Amplifier Pack Error
I'm having the same issue, but all my servers are Gen 9 BL460's.
Any ideas?
