iLO and Insight active key with .lic and .key file

i have purchase from hp vendor license for insight and iLO advance also later on the sales man he send me two file

one HPRapidDeploymentPack(RDP)_.lic & HPSIMLMKEY.key file what should i do by this two file to get my key ilo.
