iLO diagnostic led on Proliant DL 380 Gen 4
Server will not boot,looking at status leds on system board show 2,3 and 8 green. Fans running . How do I find reference to what relates to what is lit? Looking through Proliant Servers Troubleshooting guide and Proliant DL380 Gen 4 Main. and Service guide. No luck. Can anyone help??

Do you get any video response?
Have you tried removing all the RAM except for slot 1 & 2 with matching RAM?
Have you tried to boot the server without any extra I/O cards?
Check for loose processor or bent pins?

You can try also to reseat the riser cage.
