iLO logs time & date problem

Dear itrc members
Please see the attached snapshot form iLO logs for a variety types of HP Proliant BL, & DL servers, as you note that in the columns (last update, & initial update) (date and time) [NOT SET]. I tryed to solve this problem by updating the iLO firmware but same problem exists, can anybody help me to solve this issue, or explain what is a reason for that if it is a normal issue.
