Re: iLO questions
Hi Chris,
how to check if the advanced iLo is installed on a server?
Login to ILO.
Select Administration TAB.
in the left frame select Licensing.
what is involved with changing to a different license key?
You just need to give the new License key in the field.

Re: iLO questions
Hi,
On the ILO main screen (ILO Status Summary) you will have License type: you can have standard or advanced (check attached picture)
To check ILO features check http://h18013.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/remotemgmt.html?jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN
Main difference between licenses is the Remote Console, Virtual Folders and bootable Virtual DVD, High Performance Mouse Driver and Power capping for ILO 2 as an example
