I'm logging on to the iLo card of an HP BL30p. I can log in fine, but when I go to the Remote Cosole tab and click on the remote cosole I get an error-
Integrated Lights-out detected an error:
Error message: Unspecified error:
File name: My IP address
Line number: 566
Once I click okay then I get a message that "The remote console screen has been opened in a new browser window (this is not true). I'm running W2k SP4/jave 1.5.0_02, IE 6.02.28.00.1106 sp1 (128 bit encryption). I had a coworker log into my iLO card from his server and he had no problem when he selected the Remote console. I had searched Google, I have searched the ITRC forum, I have searched HP support site documentation with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks much,

Re: iLo remote console
I'd recommend uninstalling the version of java you have installed and install 1.4.x from:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

Re: iLo remote console
Terry & Dave,
Thank you. It's up and running. I think it was the block-up popper, but I missed it because it was on the Yahoo bar (which I never use!) and not on the google bar. I've since removed that all together. I did reinstall the earlier java. Thanks much, Elle
