I have problems with iLo4 running very slow on DL380e G8. On "iLO Event Log" tab I see critical warning: "Embedded Flash/SD-CARD: Embedded media manager failed initialization".
So far I've tried resetting iLo and BIOS, updating firmware for iLo (BIOS is still on P73 02/10/2014).
Are there any known solutions to this ?

SolutionWe have dozens of these. Based on my experience, there's a 90% chance your iLO's flash memory is cooked and there's no recovering it. That said, I've found that firmware 2.70 and higher deals with this fault condition much more gracefully and without the long pauses in the web interface. Is the interface running stable enough for you to upload and apply a .bin file to upgrade it?
Edit: Just re-read your message. Sounds like you were able to upgrade the firmware. This is probably your next step: https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=emr_na-a00048622en_us

Re: iLo runs very slowly
I did the first method as mentioned in first document. I've resetted and cleared NAND. For now, it seems like it did it's job! iLo is much more responsive and reliable.
Many thanks!
