ilo XML Script Power Configuration Settings

Does anyone know whether it is possible to use an XML script for the ilo (1.82), to configure the Power Configuration Settings?

It's default setting is on, I want to change it to off. But it's a manual process at the moment.

Thanks. Unfortunately none of the existing scripts seem to have the ability to set the auto power-on to off. Any ideas on this one?
