inquiry on NIC overflow pattern

In order to make some monitoring on NICs, I've to get daily information

about NIC (Bytes received/transmitted).

But the associated variable (Received or Transmit Statistics -> Bytes)

on the 'Interface Information' of SMH overflows very quickly (~ 5 min).

The variable seems to be stored in a 32bits number.

So my daily data isn't making any sense

Version of hpsmh : 7.1.0-16

The problem is

about this values , they overflows too quickly (for now at 2^32, it

happens every ~5 min). If they overflows at 2^64 it should be OK.

We are just getting this page by wget-ing it.
