install RHEL4 in DL140G2

Dear all,
i have a problem installing RHEL4 in DL140G2.
First of all, i already create a disk driver with floppy drive and run linux dd in installation screen, but the machine didn't recognize the driver.
Here is the drivers i've been tried to load :
1. cpq_cciss-2.6.18-10.rhel4.i686.dd
2. cpq_cciss-2.6.18-23.rhel4.i686.dd
3. mptlinux-3.12.14.00-5.rhel4.i686.dd
4. mptlinux-4.00.13.01-2.rhel5.i686.dd
5. mptlinux-4.00.13.04-6.rhel5.i686.dd
they were all failed to load.
Is there something i missed here?
I note the storage controller type when the machine boot, it is LSI Logic - LSI1030-IT.
The DL is using SCSI HDD.
Any help is appreciated.. :)

U can check issue by using RHEL5.

the same error happen with RHEL 5.
