install vmware esxi 4.1 on ML150G6 failed!

hi,all
when installing esx4.1(from cdrom) on ML150G6,I got the following message:
Unable to find the system image to install. This is due to the image not being mounted correctly or the CD-ROM not being supported.
any advice will be appreciated

Use iLO (advanced) feature Virtual Media
