installation hangs

I try to install Microsoft Windows 2000 Server using smartstart 5.40.
Installation hangs on copying files to the WINNT folder. How can I solve this problem?

Hi, how much memory in the system. If its more than 1 gig that might be the problem. Although once install you can put back all memory over 1 gig back in the system. Have tried the manual or the assisted. Have you upgraded the system bios. Hope this will help.
