installation problem Red hat 9 proliant ml350 g3

Hello i have a server proliant ml350 g3 and i install red hat 9 according with the solution give for us using the bootdisk . The installation was successful until red hat reboot the server to finish it. Then i obtain this message:

hda:set_drive_speed_status: status=0x51 {DriveReady Seekcomplete Error}
hda:set_drive_speed_status:error 0x04
......
......
mount:error 6 mounting ext3
pivotroot:pivot_root(/sysroot,/sysroot/initrd)failed:2
umount /initrd/proc failed:2
kernel panic:No init found.Try passing init= option to kernel

i dont know what to do.please help me

Set the following options in the RBSU:

Select the F9 prompt during POST to enter the RBSU:
From the Main Menu, select Advanced Options
From the Advanced Options menu, select Hyper-Threading.
Select Disable

Also, Disable the MPS Table Mode

After the install completes, you can turn these back on and install the Multi-Processor Kernel.
