internal network card crc errors

using the internal network card on the feature board of the ml350 produces a lot of "receive crc errors", the board has been replaced twice and still the same problem, the system also is slow to respond with this card.

if we install a compaq network card and use that everything works fine, the speed is correct and no errors, any ideas what is causing the crc errors. By using thr other card i have proved the cabliong and hubs so not sure where to go from here.

any ideas?
