Yes, Fedora Linux can be installed on the ProLiant Server. Although this OS is not listed under the Software & Driver downloads, I have seen many people deploying Fedora on ProLiant server.

Since Fedora & Red Hat share the same kind of source code, you may be able to get the drivers & management agents working too.
