long beep
New ML370 G2, when starts makes long beep and shows absolutely nothing on the screen, I put a 1GB memory, but not sure about the HARD DRIVE if are well connected, i want to ask if this problem can be because of the HD, or, the beep is long and then a short stop and then the same long beep continue....

Hello Sidi,
This is because RAM is not sitting in properly or something else may be loose in there too. HDD do not cause any beeps. Could you tell me as to how the RAM is configured and which slots are covered for now.

RAMS are :
1- SimpleTech 1GB DDR PC2100 CL2.5 ECC
2- Samsung 256MB DDR PC2100 CL2.5 ECC
I tried every slots, the same beep and light errors side the RAM Slots.
