Hi,
I have a new ML350G8 with smart array p420I and a 4 450Go SAS 15k disk on a RAID10 with 2012r2.
when i try to copy some file bettwen c and D partition the speed is about 6 Mo/s sometimes up to 31Mo/s and somtimes goes down to 500Ko /s.
Of course i uninstall antivirus and check services. the physical server is just with AD DHCP DNS an HyperV
The HP specialiste had check with the ACU the disk and the smart array and firmware it seem to be OK .
Have you got the same probleme, somebody to help me ?

Re: low disk performances
Hi,
Other than Antivirus software, there could be some Services that might be slowing down the transfer.
Other things like BitLocker.
One workaround you could try is Disabling Write cache setting so that the Read/Write ratio to 100/0 on the logical drive being utilized. This setting is under ACU.
Thank You!
I am a HP employee.
I work for HPE.
