memory doesn't supported

Hello,

I've a HP Proliant ML350G4p X3.2 Server with 2x512MB RAM. I want to insert more RAM and bought 2x Kingston 1GB PC2-3200 REG.

Normally you can insert RAM without an installation, but sadly the new Kingston RAM is unrealized, although it is equal to the requirements.

What should i do? Should i change something in the BIOS? Do you have some ideas?
