There may be several problems, so you have to use HP Dignostic tool.
There may several problems like Power supply, motherboard etc.
If you nothing found in HP Dignostics then this is problem with POWER SUPPLY.

what kind of OS is running on the machine ??
Windows => event log ....
Linux = Sylog / messages ...

Have you been able to run the HPS tool. Also have you cleared the NVram? Has the server been run in minimal config? Are all FW/Drivers up to date? If you want me to I can have a look at the HPS report for you/provide the tool. Feel free to email me at joakim@hp.com
