SolutionRichard,
This server ML350 G5 does not support Windows 2012.
To install a supported OS, you need to use HP SmartStart CD. This CD will help you install OS and perform diagnostics on the server.
The server requires no special monitor, any standard monitor will work.
This server has Integrated ATI ES1000, 32 MB video standard
16 bit color: maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200
32 bit color: maximum resolution of 1280 x 1024
Thank You!
I am a HP employee
