ml 570 error 00 in internal display

we have a ml570 g3.when start push button to on no display ,keyboard and in internal display shows 00 and board status of memory module is green flashing this condition is remain with one cpu without hard without smart array 6400

please replay if you know

00  on the Port 85 codes (internal display) indicates that this is Miscellaneous error codes.
