ml 570 g1

I have a ml 570 with two of the four 900mhz cpus, I powered the unit with on problems about a month ago last week I i tried to turn on the unit, the fans came on for a sec and the system went off in about 30 sec it dose it a gain on and off help. I have 3 power supplies so it is not that ?
