The new server we are building has the hot swap raid level 1 and we have configured all the drives and it works great - but when the server boots up the raid reports that the drives are at 1.5 instead of 3GB speed ? Why ? and is this correct ? The drives do not have the spped limiting jumper in place. Thanks It would be nice if the speed said 3.0 GB

there is no HP controller that supports 3GB for SATA HDDs only 3GB for SAS HDDs
