ml350 and increasing raid 5 array

ml350 with the smart array 532 controller installed. at the moment i have 3 x 18gb disk in a raid 5. windows 2000 sp4 with basic disc config with a c drive(system partition) and a e drive (data partition). i need to add another 18gb disk to the raid 5 array and make the e: as large as possible. do i have to change the disk to dynamic first? to get the disk to be part of the array do i just assign it to array A where the raid 5 logical drive is? any help would be appreciated
