ml350 g3 rebooting itself
reboots itself. Windows 2003 server is set not to reboot upon an error also there is nothing in the event viewer. The following event is displayed in the compaq management log viewer "Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000009C (0x00000000, 0xF774D1D0, 0xBE000300, 0x1008081F))",Operating System,Critical,1,11/02/2004 21:52,11/02/2004 21:52
Ive run the hardware diagnostics on the processors and RAM and all passed ok. Anyone any ideas as I believe the 9C code refers to hardware

Re: ml350 g3 rebooting itself
We had the same situation but on different hardware running Win2k Server; it took us weeks to find an answer on the web. It said to look at the capacitors on the motherboard to see if any looked like they were leaking or blown. Sure enough, several of them had white residue on them - somewhat like a leaking battery. The motherboard vendor replaced the board and all of the troubles went away.
Here is a site that explains it with pictures: http://www.overclockers.com/tips00140/
Hope this helps - good luck
cheers
Donna

Re: ml350 g3 rebooting itself
I believe your server must be under warranty so have a call logged in with the Tech support to get the system board replaced.
