ml350 g5 random shutdown

i've a ML350 G5
my server shutdown once every day / 2 days
event viewer shows Event ID: 6008

what could be the issue??

it's randomly, sometimes it shutdown 3 times in the same day ???? >

Did you apply the latest firmware, option rom, service packs and patches?

after changing the system board same problem

could this be a power supply issue
??

problem the is:
it shutdown one time every day/2days

it shutdown but not completely; means that no display and internal health led is umber??

i think this is power supply or power backplane

so any suggestion
