ml350 g5
Hello...
I have an ML 350 g5 server who has a xenon 1.6 processor, I want to remove it and install a 2.5 quad core xenon, is there any possibility to have a conflict of for my system to stop working, making that change?

Hi,
No, there would not be any issues.But do update the BIOS to the latest and then add the new processor.Following processor are support with 2.5 GHZ.

Thank's for the fast relpy :) i'v orered the cpu, and i'll have it in my hands by the end of the week, i allso added 2+ gb of ram, when i'll istall them; i'll let u know about the result,

Today was my day!!!
I finally installed the new CPU, i removed the old one, put the new, replace the heat sink, and Iâ ve also installed 4 gb or ram, (pairs of2)
EVERYTHING went OK,
HP server boot up and it recognizes all the new hardware that i have installed..
