ml350 g6 with sco open server

i do have 12 servers hp ml350 g6 are they support to sco open server 5.0.6 or i can get another smart array and nic in order to install the OS. is there a driver for p410i in sco open server 5.0.6.

Hi there

This looks like bad news. 5.0.6 is NOT certified by SCO on the G6 (only up to G3). 5.0.7 IS listed as compatible, so that appears to be your earliest release for this hardware. I'm having trouble finding the P410 on either version, however.

Your original enquiry was about a ML350 G6 and although this may work, SCO don't certify it on 5.0.6 and that may be due to missing drivers for NICs/HBAs/peripherals etc.

I have used your installation to the letter, using a P400 etc.
All works fine, but the way to remove the ASF on the Broadcom Network card does not work.
It boots from the CD ok, but then fails after installing to HD , with a messages.
No drivers
CDROM not found!
Help.
