This looks like bad news. 5.0.6 is NOT certified by SCO on the G6 (only up to G3). 5.0.7 IS listed as compatible, so that appears to be your earliest release for this hardware. I'm having trouble finding the P410 on either version, however.

i tried to to install it on an ml350 G5 and it worked but i had a problem with the nic that is what force me to use a nic card

or P600 Smart array:

I have used your installation to the letter, using a P400 etc.
All works fine, but the way to remove the ASF on the Broadcom Network card does not work.
It boots from the CD ok, but then fails after installing to HD , with a messages.
No drivers
CDROM not found!
Help.
I have finished the install but stuck on this network problem,.
