ml350g5 processor upgrade

Hi,

I'm about to add a second cpu to a ml350g5 and according to the maintenance guide - I should have a second ppm installed prior to add the 2nd cpu ... can someone tell me if that ppm (processor power module) is include in the 458269-b21 cpu kit or should I order it separately ?

It should be included as you are buying an option kit and not a spare part.

Thanks for answering, but I need to be sure.

Ideally a list of the full kit content would be perfect ; I usually use http://partsurfer.hp.com/ but for this particular kit > nada :(

Hi,

That "kit" contains 1 CPU, 1 Heatsink/Fan, 1 Thermal Grease. The PPM will cost you an extra money...
