Hi every one
My problem is when switching on the sever I should press the uid button to start the server, if not it will not power on. If I pressed the uid button and switched it the server will be on for 4 or 5 hours and it will shutted down so what shall i do???

Hi Henry,

The UID button is used to identify a server in a rack amongst similar other servers. As far as my knowledge goes, the UID button has nothing to do with the server not powering on.

Whats happens of you press the power button only? Do you see the POST or is there no Video at all??

I know that the uid button is used to identify a server in a rack amongst similar other servers, but if I press the power button only I donâ t see the POST and there is no Video at all and the 2 power supplies on and off in 5 seconds I should press the uid with the power button to post the server and If it booted it will be on about 4 or 5 hours then switched off
i know my problem is not logic at all but this is my problem
