I have Proliant DL 360 Server RHES 2.1 with 3GB RAM, 4CPUs
I'm seeing this dmesg messages:

SolutionI am not good in linux,but what i can suggest you is install psp for same or install survey utility to check for hardware error logs on same server.
Other way out are you getting any error logs at post.
If you want to validate the hardware of your server user smart start cd use maintance option and run test on your server.
Post back for further clarification.

Q) According to your experience, Would you recommend to use HyperThreading technology on Server with 4 CPUs?
A) Yes, but in some cases when we install more cpu's it wont show in OS. as i told i am not sure about linux. But in windows box we user following doccument to configure.
