nc571c unknown device in BIOS

Hi my friends
I want instsll nc571c on DL580G4 or DL380G4 but in setup in PCI part this device is unknown controller is initialized.
In OS windows 2003 or 2000 in device manager is unknown device.
Please help me.

if you check the technical specifications
it only supports linux
