nc6770 signal type??

OS : windows2000 AS
Model : DL760 G2
Part : NC6770 PCIX 1000SX Gigabit Server Adapter

i'm install of nc6770 to Board.
but Link no live, LED State Not change
LED light is not power.
fiber type is single type and sc connect is use
is need setting and config??
nc6770 is not support single type?
