need a windows Server 2012 R2 driver for HP 361T dual port Ethernet adapter.

Trying to find win 2012R2 driver for HP dual-port 1GbE 361T adapter.

Found some drivers on Intel web-site but don't know what this would cross over to on Intel side...

Description of module indicates the processor chip is a I350 generation 2(?)

Perfect, Just what I was looking for......I searched on Driver page for 361T and couldn't select Windows Server 2012 R2.  Wasn't a dropdown selection choice.....
