need more drive space Proliant ML 330 G3

Hi all, I had written in before... but need to address this fairly soon... we have the orginal internal IDE hard drives in a RAID 1 setup, there's partitions for 1) system around 14gigs 2) Exchange around 20 gigs and 3). Data around 40 gigs. Would like more space especially on the System partition of 14 gigs.
From what I understand, there's room for two more internal drives and another (same?) built-in RAID controller.
What is the best practice to increase disk space?
Should we install two more larger interal drives... move some of the partitions over to these new drives and then expand the system partition?
Looking for the best way to do this safely, add more space, perhaps increase performance/speed?
Particulars about things too... i.e. clone drives? if so using what? should ALL services be stopped during a clone or move?
