just to clarify
you mean dl380 G5 right?
so you say "All is working fine" the only issue is the ping??? or really network is failing - drop packets - slow speed?

network from the server to every client and internet etc. is working fine.
All clients which are in the same network segment can't reach the server by ping etc. Only the 1st ping is coming back.
All other clients which aren't in the same network segment can access the server normal.
