I installed HP Agents for xenserver. SMH is OK on port 2381.
I installed Power Management with http port 2382. UPS recongnised. Devman started.
Listening port is OK on nbstat, but I have no acces to HPPM interface.
I rebooted server, changed port and https...
Solved! Go to Solution.

HPPM and RA communicates on port 3573. Set to exclude port 3575 on your firewall.

I correct it with:
vi /etc/sysconfig/iptables
-A INPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 2382 -j ACCEPT
/etc/init.d/iptables restart
