no automatic restart of server hp connected to r6000 UPS after reconnected power

HI. I have two ml570 servers installed windows 2003 enterperise server. I have connected the Servers ml570 with serial cables in the two port card installed in the UPS R6000. The power of the servers is connected to the load 4 for one server and 5 for the other of the UPS.I have installed the hp power manager 3.1 software and the fixup software SP27670 in the windows 2003 server. When the power is off the Server is shutting down correctly but when the power is on the UPS is started but the server does not restart automatically.

Does anybody knows something that.
