no physical drives found!
ML350 G4
4 X 160gb sata drives. Installed ok.
All connections appear ok but no physical drives found. What could be wrong?
ACU sees no drives.
Is there anything on the servers' main board that needs config?
There's a dip switch block there near the sata cable connection. All in ON position.

Re: no physical drives found!
Please confirm the model of the server.
Because Ml350 G4 dosen't support SATA HDD.
As per quickspecs :
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12009_div/12009_div.html#Storage
It is a new server, so Assuming you are having ML350G5 with 4*160 GB SATA HDD.
Please perform following steps to diagnose the issue :
-Please check is there any led indication on the hdd.
-Confirm the cabling with the User guide

-What is the status in the ORCA (press F8 on POST after SMA 200i got detected)
-Check the status after removing the cache memory (also check what is its capacity)
