not getting the display-system board issue

Hi All,
I have new two no’s of DL580 G3 Quadra processors with one server is working fine where as 2nd server is not able to get the display, I swapped the system board from working server it’s working fine, I got the three system board’s from the vendor, but after replacing the system board any one of them could not working, I am not able to understand the issue…. Can you please help me 


Server Configuration:
3.16 GHz Intel xeon (4 Nos)
RAM: 2X512 MB/pc3200/hot swappable.

With same components two different system Boards:
One is working one is not
Verify with minimum CPU installed one at time to socket 1 (System ROM?)
All Jumper set identically to second board?

Hi Kov,
i found there is no diffrent,all dip switches are same position & condition.
where as if i populated diagonose switch 84 & 84, i have got the error code 18 in front panel,(quick time diagnose)
